Lisa Schuld, PT

Professional Experience:

Lisa is the Regional Manager of PIC Physical Therapy and oversees operations of 5 clinics in the Rockford area. She has been a physical therapist with PIC Physical Therapy since 2001.

Professional Activity:

Lisa performs Functional Capacity Evaluations in Rockford and surrounding areas, has experience in job site analysis as well as work conditioning.  She also works as a clinical instructor for physical therapist students from area universities.

Lindsey Jacobson, PTA

Professional Experience:

Lindsey has been a physical therapist assistant at PIC Physical Therapy since 2006.

Professional Activity:

Lindsey has experience in outpatient occupational rehabilitation. She is also trained in aquatic therapy through the Aquatic Therapy and Rehab Institute.

Carrie Kooyenga, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant with PIC Physical Therapy since 2008.

Lindsay Becker, PTA, LMT

Professional Experience:

Lindsay has worked with PIC Physical Therapy since 2004 as a Licensed Massage Therapist.  Has been working as a Physical Therapist Assistant since May 2009. 

Professional Activity:

Lindsay has experience in out patient therapy, skilled nursing facilities, and school settings through her clinical rotations. She does pediatric aquatic therapy and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

Julie Bailor

Professional Experience:

Julie has been at PIC Physical Therapy since February of 2011.

Julie has experience in outpatient PT, skilled nursing facilities and home health care.

Daniel Longyne, PT

Professional Experience:

Employed with PIC Physical Therapy since 2003, and supervises operations at our Six Corners location in Cicero. Daniel has over 25 years clinical experience in both Europe and United States, specializing in outpatient orthopedic as well as chronic pain. He worked from 1989-2001 as a clinical supervisor responsible for program development and also as a clinic manager at an outpatient physical therapy clinic. Daniel has also directed an integrative physical therapy center from 2001-2003.

Professional Activity:

Advanced training in craniosacral , visceral manipulation, energy integration, and integrative manual therapy with Upledger Institute. Member of the International Association of healthcare practitioners since 1994.

Education:

School of Physical Therapy/ National Institute of Rheumatology- 1978 Bucharest, Romania.


Scott Sallin, PT, Cert MDT

Professional Experience:

Scott has been a Physical Therapist with PIC Physical Therapy since 2008. Extensive outpatient experience with 12+ years of outpatient orthopedics with major emphasis on occupational medicine patients. Has performed FCE’s and developed work conditioning/ work hardening programs. Strong focus on returning injured workers to pre-injury status. Area of clinical interest: conservative management of patients with specific or non-specific spine diagnoses including education of patients for self management of symptoms. Fluent in Spanish.

Professional Activity:

Certified in McKenzie method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy in 2000.

Bryan Zehar, P.T.A.

Isabel Acevedo, PT

Professional Experience:

Physical Therapist with 13+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience.  She has been a clinical mentor for many years to both staff members and students in both wound and spine care.  Fluent in Spanish. Isabel has been with PIC Physical Therapy since February 2010.

Completed coursework and is eligible for credentialing examination in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT).

Misty Behnken, PT

Professional Experience:

Misty recently started working for PIC Physical Therapy in September 2011.  

Professional Activity:

Has almost 10 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy settings. She has experience in both neurological, orthopedic, and sports injuries. She is also a certified vestibular therapist.
